Processing Time: Orders are typically packed within 1-3 business days from confirmation, depending on the overall size, number of items, quantities, and availability.
Order Changes: While we always do our best to accommodate customer requests, orders usually can’t be modified once they are confirmed. Always reach out to our support team or directly to your account representative to evaluate our options. Any material changes may incur a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are calculated based on your preferred method and added to each invoice. For domestic orders, we typically quote the cheapest options across our preferred pricing from UPS / FedEx / USPS / DHL. For international shipments, we can suggest preferred freight forwarders with experience transporting cargo to specific regions.
Pickup: Orders can be picked up from our warehouse in Union, NJ or our warehouse in Midtown, NY in special circumstances
Return Policy: All claims must be made within 5 days of the delivery date. Any return requires a RMA number issued by our accounting department and may incur a 15% restocking fee, unless the return is for but not limited to, defective, damaged, or wrong items shipped.
